After Carl restarted Semroc, he and and his son Bruce manned a booth at NARAM 45 in August 2003 and had four kits for sale, and a lot of coming soon facecards on display. It took some digging but I finally found an email from Carl posted by Scott Hansen in the Oldrockets Yahoo group where Carl IDed the four kits offered at NARAM. These were Semroc’s initial releases from the relaunched company:

Now we have names and a date (8/1/2003) for those NARAM rockets:
1968 Triton
1965 Lil' Hercules
1963 Sky Hook
1963 Micron

This THREAD shows pictures the four kits made to be sold at NARAM, the Instructions of the four Kits are dated July 29, 2003, and the kits has a few differences from the kits issued for general purchase in Oct. 2003.

I think it was much later in 2003 before the website was running and any others were released. I will follow this post with a list of the rest of the kits with a date from their instructions which is very close to the release date.
