I made 2 corrections to the part and uploaded it to Thingiverse again. I mistyped the shoulder length for the ST-13 shoulder. And more critically, I had a weak point between the ST-13 shoulder and where it connects to the transition. I think I have fixed, printing a new test print now. The shoulder length error was tiny, but the weak joint is critical. If you previously downloaded it, sorry, it is a work in progress, I suggest downloading it again.
