I figured out (finally) that the place to tether the pouch containing the FlightSketch Mini was not at the base of the nose cone where the shock cord was attached but to the same loop that the parachute is attached to. After I started doing this, I got far less tangling of things and therefore better results on the descent (camera pointing more or less down, body of rocket in the frame most of the time).

I got another on a C6-5 today where the field was almost empty and the descent rate was reduced by some thermal activity, so a relatively slow descent. For some reason the FS Mini stopped recording at ejection on today's flight, however. I haven't started to do the data overlay on that one yet so it won't be up on YouTube for awhile.
