I also noticed that lately there has been a 'glut' of Solar Sailers on ebay.
Never really interested me as a kit when they were originally produced & they still don't.
Having a 24" chute on a kit that weighs this little only makes slightly more sense than a 24" chute for an Astron Drifter.....much too far for me to walk during recovery in other than DEAD CALM winds.

Too bad the "secret warehouse" did not have a cache of something DECENT such as a boatload of K-29 Saturn 1B's or Enerjet Athenas and Aero-Darts (along with Enerjet E & F engines, of course !). Now THAT would be a find !
