I doubt it would do that. the blades on my roland and desay machines are VERY SMALL remember they are designed to cut vinyl a 2 or 3 mil max.

Of course you could theoretically put a laser cutter in place of the blade holder and slow the cutter down to a speed where it cuts through the balsa. ... (runs out to shop)
