First warm paint in a warm - not hot - bucket of water. I had a can of paint pop out it's bottom in my hand while I was shaking it after leaving it in hot water. Scary.

Then stand at an open door and paint the model, but best to do it with no wind. Then bring it inside and use a hair dryer or heat gun on low setting to quick dry the paint. Don't get it too hot! You want the paint to flash dry and this prevents getting dust stuck in the paint.

I was recently painting in -20 C weather with good results .

I actually contacted Rust-Oleum just a few months ago with a similar question. Here's the exchange:

Me:
"... can a product such as [White Primer 253704 - 340 g Aero] be used in temperatures below freezing?"

Rust-Oleum Tech Support:
"As per your inquiry, you may spray the piece outside but once done, you will have to bring it inside to dry otherwise, it will not dry and may crack."

Personally, I'll take cold--but dry over warm--but humid for painting any day.
