I did the same thing with this sale that I did the last time, just bought the kits I wish Hobby Lobby stocked. I still have several from the last sale that I never finished, and the Long Tom in nekkid balsa and cardboard. Something about it appeals to me in this form. Very nostalgic.

I just ordered one or two of each kit I liked - and there was a lot to like!

Me too. I’ve built this Honest John, great kit, and I’ve got one in storage ... so I got two more...
I found an Executioner at a Hobby Town for $6,missing decals. So it will get kitbashed, and now I have a complete kit. Should have bought more than one. Conquests? I have 3, so I ordered one more. I may bash one just to get the ram ducting. Other buys were the Astron Explorer, Nike-Apache, and a Centuri.

I just cannot resist deals! I was going to place another order on the last evening of the sale, but the couple I wanted were out of stock. Oh well, I’m happy with what I got.

That's the spirit!
I had a shopping cart loaded up, ready to place the order - but put it off.

My priorities right now are a Q-Jet bulk pack and a JL Chute Release!

Chris, at my current rate of actually dipping into storage to build, those 4 Conquests could end up going to my four grand daughters in my will.

I’ve had a Chute Release for over a year, and never used. Hoping to fly it once nice weather hits. This year has been awful, in terms of flying. I burned two As, and a C.

I just looked up Q-Jet prices. Belleville Wholesale has unbelievably low prices on Q-Jets, at least for 2-packs. The C12s are $5.99, the D16s are $7.19. I have some Bs I bought when they first came out, but my real interest is the C12 and D16, to get a higher thrust 18mm engine than what Estes offers.

I have not checked Belleville’s bulk pricing. Their shipping is a bit high, but I think it’s the best overall price I’ve seen.
