Can't go wrong with the Semroc Saturn 1B.
I would suggest you order the Apogee 1/70 capsule kit from Apogee though to replace the capsule supplied by Semroc in the kit.
The Apogee capsule/tower is EASY to assemble styrene plastic and is FAR more true-scale than the Semroc capsule.
The Semroc capsule/tower, while true to the original Estes 1/70 capsule, is very tedious to build with bunches of fiddly bits of cardboard and hand cut & shaped wooden dowels. The Semroc tower is what I'd call a borderline nuisance in that you get a tower that looks ten times better from Apogee with 1/10 the effort to build !

When building the Semroc Saturn 1B, go for the SINGLE 24mm mount, NOT the 4x18mm cluster mount. Far LESS hassle to fly on a single composite E15, E30, E18, E28, or F24 than clustering 4xC6-5.
