Sorry, yesterday (pun intended) was Sir Paul's 80th Birthday.
He got alot of well wishers from some pretty famous people.
Ron Wood from the Stones, Jon Bon Jovi to name a few.
Sir Paul once bought me a drink.

Alrighty now!
2002, Aspen, CO. My first visit.
Back then, Aspen had only one general store.
We went to get supplies and find out if anything's happening in town.
There was.
An open Mic night.
Here's my chance to say I played in Aspen, CO.
We go, I'm the last to sign up
Some four hours later I get my chance to play and sing.
I start with an original I cowrote.
Not much appaulse.
I sing another song that got moans and growns.
My final song is " Hotel California" by the Eagles.
About half way through the song most of the crowd got up and left.
I was thinking, I must s**k.
I finish the song and go back to the bar.
The Bartender hands me two drinks.
One from him and other from Sir Paul McCartney.
Paul was staying at this hotel on his honeymoon with his wife Heather.
Paul was still on UK time so it was morning for him.
He took a walk around the hotel and heard me singing.
He stopped just inside the doorway and the crowd got up to meet him.
He went back to his room, called the front desk and said to have the bartender buy a drink for the 'Ginger hair singer.
Upon leaving the bar, the front desk guy yells over, so you're the ginger hair man.
He said he was quite excited about getting the call from Paul.
It turns out the Eagles are his favorite American band an HC his favorite song.
