Semroc already produced the SST Shuttle, albeit in a CC: format like the Astron Space Plane without instructions.

You might be right on that! I'd hope so - My original Estes BT-20 Andromeda buckled at boost and pinwheeled. The Andromeda tubes should be stronger. I don't think current BT-20s are as strong as they once were.

Maybe this explains the delay in getting this kit out. The test model was made with BT-20 and BT-50 and they didn't hold up. So ST-7 and ST-9 beefed things up and had better results. |
