Default Cheap Estes Motor and Rocket Bulk Packs!

This just came across my club's mailing list:

"Someone just this morning posted this link on TRF. http://tinyurl.com/6k4hbkm

It is a BSA store, and they are selling motors at clearance prices- to the tune of 24 motor flight packs for $19.88! No, that's not a typo! Price is the same on bulk-pack C6-5's. Get 'em while they're hot! There are good deals on three packs, too."

I just looked and the engines are in fact that cheap. Get 'em while the gettings good!

Someone appears to have already taken it down. I'm getting a "404 error" with this link.

MAN, that's tempting. But I've already got two or three dozen motors that I have no idea when or where I'm flying. So alas I'd better let this ship sail without me.

This seems like a steal.
Actually this seems to be just about how they should be priced all the time...under $1 per engine.

I look to you guys and this site to bring legitimate links up. For half price, off “good pricing”, it seems too good to be true, but the site looked legitimate to me through Google searches, DNS Searches, uses HTTPs, etc. So I made the decision and bought 1 box of B6-4’s and two C6-5’s..

This is better than those Girl Scout cookies, and who doesn’t love thin mint?

Here's a shortened link that shows you all engines available vs the link that Carl added:

http://tinyurl.com/6k4hbkm

You can get the regular "assortment" bulk pack for that cheap price as well. Also, cheap 3-packs of motors.

Scoutstuff is the Naitonal Distribution Center for the Boy Scouts Supply Division. I think most of it is located in Charlotte, NC and for much of the official BSA stuff, it is the only place to order it online.

They had the engines last spring on clearance and before I could stock up, they ran out. These must be some that they found since then, because they are also on clearance. A camp director told me that they told him last year that they were not going to sell engines any more.

It is a good price, below wholesale. They have to be taking a loss.

Now that is unusual! They show up in both standard and closeout sections. They also have Gnones, Wizards, Vikings, and Alpha III bulk packs of 12 each for $19.88.

I am tempted to buy some Alpha III's for a buck and a half a piece! Somebody got carried away with the $19.88 button. They are as bad as Wal*Mark.

Just ordered 3 x bulk pack motors, 1 x B6-4 bulk pack, and 1 x C6-5 bulk pack.
That should cover me a while!
