Thumbs down Oops... Mistakes on the CC Express

The big one is in:
PREPARE FINS (BOOSTER STAGE)/PREPARAR LAS ALETAS (PRIMARA ETAPA)/PREPARER LES AILERONS (ETAGE DE SOUTIEN)

The drawing in that step's #3 has arrows that give the impression that the root edge is the trailing edge... Not good.

So, where's the:
PREPARE FINS (UPPER STAGE)/...?

I know, not any problems for an adult building his Nth+1 rocket, but for a kid making one of his first ones, it could.

Thanks for looking.
Jim

I had to look it up, here's the instructions:

http://www.estesrockets.com/media/i..._CC_EXPRESS.pdf

I worked in the print industry for years and have drawn up instructions for manufacturers and the Odd'l Rockets kits.

Instructions are the most difficult thing about kit production. Mistakes will happen, especially when you "plug in" illustrations and copy into a template used on earlier kits.

I'm not excusing a mistake in any kits, even my own. Just know it does happen even on the kits from the 1960s. It's a hard thing to correct after thousands of kit instructions have been printed.

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention, if I build the kit I'll remember your post.
