Nice photos and write-up of what appeared to be a fun outing. On the plus side for the V2 flight: scale ‘recovery’ profile!

Ed, great write-up, and picture taking. I like your technique of starting a video early enough to describe the rocket on the pad, and the motor being used. I didn’t have phone or notebook with me on the field, and recalling flight details later in the day is difficult, especially after getting so distracted by Jim’s cool N1.

An N1 may just be my Christmas present to myself.
