Estes #1842 - Star Wars Naboo Fighter Starter Kit
This one is not just the rocket. It is a starter kit with a launch pad and an R2D2 launch controller. Besides that, it is a Ready to Fly plastic rocket. The plastic packaging is damaged but the kit is new and unopened.
I am asking $12 This kit is offered for sale in an effort to liquidate my collection of kits and is being offered via cross postings on The Rocketry Forum and Ye Olde Rocket Forum. The price indicated is what I have determined by looking for evidence of similar sales but, admittedly, might reflect a poor judgement on my part. I'm just doing the best that I can. The price does NOT include shipping. Interested persons are invited to contact me via PM and I will calculate the shipping. Payment is expected by means of PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. My intention is to make shipments twice per week after confirming receipt of funds. I will try to give the most accurate descriptions I am able to provide and will happily answer any specific questions either by PM or within the post thread.

You may have to give that thing away and ship for free.
Almost as big a joke of a "rocket" as that stupid inflatable "Dude" piece of junk Estes sold. Estes produced some real junk during that "Hasbro toy guy" disastrous era. Almost a miracle they survived.

I remember buying a bunch of Star Wars starter sets for $4 of $5 from a Kaybee Toy outlet store just to get the 6 motors that were included. I still have 4 or 5 of the semi-lethal Luke Skywalker X-wing Starfighter that I bought at Target for 99 cents each.

Back in the day, those would be good candidates to meet their doom via M80.
For many years, Estes catalogued the mosquito at 99 cents. A far better value than those plastic junkers.

Maybe a Black Cat. WAY too small for an M80.

I actually saw one of those fly last weekend; some Boy Scout brought it up (not sure if it was his or maybe his Dad's rocket). Didn't fly all that well, but it was amusing.

I bought one just because I wanted one of the R2DooDoo launchers. Flew it twice. First flight was impressive, decent altitude on an A3 and a perfect recovery. (No chute, just nose blow.) I flew it again when the second graders who had rescued my Big Bertha during one of my socially distant launches at B6-4 Field came to my house to see if I could come out and fly some rockets for them. When I loaded this one, one of the kids actually knew it by name, which shocked me. That flight ended on the sidewalk over by the school, and all the parts were not present, so it was retired.

Fill the tube with black-powder. Glue an A10-0T in it.
Perfect flight for one of those plastic heaps. OF COURSE, I'm joking....
