Default Interceptor -E skins

Hey all - after approximately 8 years, I finished my Interceptor -E build this weekend. Better late than never. I was looking over the site (and TRF) as well and I was thinking about doing some skins for my rocket. Does anyone know who is still providing skins for the Interceptor-E? If anyone could point me to a potential source, I would greatly appreciate it. Google isn't much of a help for me.....

Thanks.....

That was John Pursley. I believe. He passed away earlier this year after a motorcycle accident. I don't know that anyone picked up where he left off. I think previously paid orders were filled as best possible, but it's been a while since I've seen anything.

I’ll check my stuff when I return home from a job in Boise, ID. I know I have skins for a regular-sized Interceptor (1250) butI don’t know if I have any skins for the E. I should be able to check by this Friday.

I know that L3Excalibur was selling off John Pursley's stuff after his passing. Probably a long shot but might be worth it to send him a PM.

TXFergie

I have some of the Interceptor E wraps. I won't sell them but if I have a copy of the wraps, you're looking for I would be glad to send you scans of the wraps.

I PM'd TXFergie. A also let him know of the him about skinning models AFTER they are assembled. I personally think you are better off painting and applying decals. Where the skins think fins go vs where the builder put them don't usually match. Maybe close, but never exactly. Plus, you have to apply wraps around the fins vs just gluing fins on top of applied wraps. Doable, but a bit of a pain.
