Default QModeling Recovery

Has anyone any information on how QModeling is doing? I thought that the owner was on YORF but I have not heard anything recently. The website shows a 04/01 possible restart date but the email registration has yet to ping me.

I have a friend looking for some bases and before I part with any I wanted to see if there is any word.

I'm thinking we are about as likely to see their return as the previous supposed come-backs of kits from Hawk's Hobby and PDR. Vaporware.

That's possible for sure, but at least one can still pull up his website, though it hasn't been updated in a while...

PDR and Hawk's Hobby had their websites up for a long while before they went the wayside too. Not holding my breath. Believe it is slightly more likely than those BP Thunderjet motors...

Default Ack!!!

I have a Q Modeling Kit I need a new body tube for, it got mashed in storage.

I do hope they come back, I really like the kits they make.

I talked to Tom a few weeks ago. He says the new shop is coming along very well. It just takes time to get things worked out and new shop built. They will be back.
Thanks
