Well that slingbow thing would be way more accurate, wow. Hmmmm
We got hit with a quick blizzard with super strong wind and so I drove back to the tree...the rocket was pulling like like crazy but that nylon parachute is holding on strong. A heavy rain storm might do the trick... of course it's straight down into a fairly strong current in the creek. I may be searching downstream for it hung up on a fallen tree branch. I will get it back, not sure the chute release can survive water, we will see.

Well the rocket is still hung up, but the chute release is no longer tethered to it. So it will spend an eternity at the bottom of the river bed. Any other tree and I could of just picked it up off the ground. Ho hum... still hope to get the rocket back. Meanwhile I finished the Trajector, which I will fly on an A8-3 so it never ends up in a tree.

UPDATE...checked today, and the rocket eating tree struck again! Just a few feet over from mine, someone else's small blue rocket is hung up. Not cool tree, not cool.

Nice job on the Rotjektor. I have a Trajector and Rotjektor wraps that have been sitting in limbo for months. Your thread has inspired me to get off my butt and complete it.
