Default Flying a cardstock rocket for the first time, any adjustments?

Hi there, I am currently planning to launch a cardstock model rocket and I was wondering if there is any fireproofing or anything needed to be done to the cardstock body tube, or if you can just fly normally ( insert wadding and fly)

Just insert wadding and fly, unless you're using, say, an Aerotech D10 with the flaming torch ejection charge.

+1, just fly normally as with any model rocket.
First time I was concerned about the ejection charge blowing up the paper rocket but have flown these numerous times and never had a problem.
