Default Something kinda cool.

I thought you folks would like this.

I retrieved the lunar globe from the trash at a Flint, Michigan high school where I was working.

Yes I did ask first.

Later when I won a K-36 Saturn V I noticed that the globe on the box matched mine.

Notice though, the poles are reversed

Notice the main reason they threw it away.

A new large crater near the North Pole.

Standard 12 inch schoolroom globe size?? I found a 4 inch lunar globe while back and got one, so now I can set it up about 31 feet away from a standard 12 inch schoolroom Earth globe and have a model of the Earth-Moon system to scale LOL Having trouble finding a 110 foot diameter balloon to set up 2.2 miles away for the Sun to start a model solar system... LOL
