Chris,

That is a VERY interesting prototype . . . Is additional data available ?

Is that a totally different rocket ( different spelling of the name ) ?

Was that an "alternate design" for the Rheintochter ?

The Rheintochter I was all solid propellant. There were a couple of different booster configurations. The Rheintochter III used solid boosters and a liquid sustainer. Again - at least LOOK at the Bronco models. They did a nice job of depicting both variants. The pictures provided by Chris are Rheintochter III.

Some more concepts.

The simplified Rheinbote looks nice.
Also a great sport-scale subject for burning up a bunch of motors in the CHAD-staged clustered booster!

Concept Sport Scale

For proposed prototypes, photos and drawings of models produced by an established aerospace professional, institution, or company is acceptable. If color or marking data is not available, the competitor may use document markings of a similarly proposed or flown design from the same era. Drawings or photographs depicting flying model kits are not acceptable.

54.6.2 Finish, Color, and Markings: 200 points
The competitor should submit data to substantiate his/her model’s fidelity to the prototype. Any entry not accompanied by data substantiating the finish, color, and markings of the prototype must be given zero points for Finish, Color and Markings.

If color or marking data is not available, the competitor may use document markings of a similarly proposed or flown design from the same era.

Points awarded only if the similar data is used AND submitted.

Hence the wording "should submit data".

Submit Dave.

All the cool kids are doing it.
