They told us that T=0 would be engine start in the discussion/commentary. They can certainly set the zero point of the time line any way they want to.

I wasn't paying attention to the altitude display, so did not notice.

Yes, can confirm I heard them say the same in the commentary. I did look at the altitude readout, but really wasn't looking for any 'oddness' in the numbers.
