Looks like you could go to thingiverse and 3D print Titan iiie parts, download Estes Titan iiie instructions from Jimz for starters, then do some scale research? You will need to figure out a main nose cone.
The Titan 34d is a sister of the Titan iiie. They share a lot, just some main airframe length adjustments mainly. Almost looks like the booster nose cones and main airframe nose cone are the same, if this is the case, then just print a extra 3D booster nose cone. Compair 8 to 9 in the pic.

I have a worn, yellowed drawing from Deneral Dynamics of the Titan IV Centaur. It is about 12' x 18" and is labeled along the side as Warp-9 with volume and issue numbers. Do not recall how I came into having it. It does show a side view on the launch platform and an overhead view.
Don't know if this helps, but it is an interesting artifact. Chas
