I am going to try using Foam-Tac on my next Saturn V and 1/45 Little Joe II builds for wraps as well.
In the past, I would use Sig Core-Bond contact cement for wraps, but it has been out of production for many years. Used Perchloroethane (Brak-Kleen, Dry Cleaner Solvent) for the solvent package that the eviro-WHACKOS don't like, which lead to it's demise. All but impossible to find foam-compatible contact cement for R/C aircraft foam-wing core sheeting now. One CAN still get Perchloroethane in the "Red Can" CRC Brak-Kleen if one does not live in Enviro-WHACKO California.

I'm sure there's a pretty good black market for some of the banned stuff coming out of other states. Unfortunately, there are too many companies that have changed formulas nationwide solely to get sales in CA, when there are 49 other states that could easily more than compensate for their profit margin. A good example is Wesley's Bleach White (white wall tire cleaner). It was once awesome. Now it sucks thanks to CA. Nobody buys it here anymore. I don't even see why someone in CA would buy it since it doesn't clean white walls any better than Simple Green or extremely cheap dollar store "Totally Awesome". You've got to think that selling the original formula in 49 states would be more lucrative than the total crapola formula they have now. I'm going to order some Fabri-Tac and Foam-Tac to try it out. I still need to build a 1/45 Little Joe II and we have the new Saturns coming out.

The Estes re-issue of a modernized version of the Centuri 1/45 Little Joe II is a great kit for the price.
I do however wish the main body was wrapped with Chrome Mylar like the Centuri one was.

Checked the label on my tube of Beacon Foam-Tac for solvent.
It uses Cyclohexane for solvent, which is totally foam-friendly. It will work wherever Fabri-Tac will work but is slower drying. Never try Acetone-based Fabri-Tac on foam however.

Chrome is too shiny. Try Tamiya Gloss Aluminum (TS-17). Nice realistic metal look, very uniform texture.

I'll check out the Tamiya paint.
Anybody know where I can get a jug of USSBMO ? In case it was not mentioned enough above, Plastic Cement is positively AWFUL as an adhesive for anything other than Plastic-to-Plastic joints. DON'T EVERRRRR USE IT FOR ANYTHING ELSE. Whomever at Estes has ever suggested this needs to be busted down to Sub-Lieutenant or Sub-Ensign (Below BOOT Louie) !

I think you’ll like it. I’m not sure if you have tried Tamiya, but the TS series are acrylic lacquers, go on beautifully, and of course, dry fast. The AS are acrylic lacquer as well. I think the “AS” refers to aircraft colors. A guy at HobbyTown told me to avoid PS - it is for spraying polycarbonate, like clear RC car bodies, where you paint on the inside of the polycarbonate body shell.

I have used Tamiya Olive Drab before.
Worked great. Their 2 different liquid plastic cements are great too.
