Default Need help - nose cone identification

I’m finally doing an inventory of my plastic nose cones and have come across 3 black rounded ogives, 6.5” in length without shoulder. They are identical to the Eliminator PNC-56A nose cone, except they fit a BT-55 (confirmed by caliper and body tube fit). They look like they may have come from a parts assortment, but I am at a loss.

Anyone able to ID these guys?

Thanks!

Hmmm...you described them pretty well, but maybe a photograph would help. Got a shot of them you can post?

Side by side comparison - unknown cone on the left, Elimator cone on the right.

Caliper reading the unknown cone shoulder (in inches). Eliminator cone shoulder measures 1.298 inches in diameter.

Also the Eliminator cone weighs 2 grams more than the unknowns.

I believe this is a Sunward Aerospace cone. You could ask Angelo. His handle is Sunward.

Bill,

I wonder if it might be a Sunward nose cone, if the OD at the base is 1.346":

https://brshobbies.com/sunward-libe...del-rocket-kit/

There were four Sunward "fighter jet" kits: Liberator, Desert Fox, Icestorm, and Maverick.

Yep. That's what I was going to suggest. I have several of the cockpit style cones from the big three coned monster. (Galactic Wave or Gravity Rider.) I swapped two of them out with plain BT-56 cones and used the cockpits elsewhere. Star Watcher being one place.
