Smile MPC C9 Motor : Did it ever make it into production

I was wondering if anybody knew if the MPC C9 debuted at NARAM-12 was ever put into production. I think I had some but I can't really remember. I do know I had some 18mm COX D8-3 back then.

Years ago I talked to Bill Stine about the MPC C9 motor.

He said it never went into mass production.
