Default Estes 2177 Nightwing

Anyone have a scan of these plans that would be willing to send me a copy?

Saw this rocket on EMRR and would like to build one myself. I saw a kit on e-bay but was out of my budget.

Thanks

I have two or three someplace in my stash.

Maybe I can find it in the next day or two.

Please take your time! This is a "no rush" kind of thing! If you find them, GREAT, and if not, then Thank You for looking and taking the time!

If you have an SR-71 nose cone, you can clone this model.

Who knows?! This might wind up being my first clone!

Is there a way to get that nose cone without an SR-71? They (the SR-71) are OOP now aren't they?

Will look around to see what I can find

The last 2 SR's went for 122.50 and 86.00.
Current one is at 51.00 with 21 hours left.
I've seen a couple Night Wings go recently, but did record the price.
But it was up there, they are kinda rare.

You would think that by now someone would have come up with a method, plans for a reasonable facsimile of the Sr 71 nose from a balsa or plastic nose cone. I envision gluing fins to a cone, and a really thick fillet of epoxy, then Gluing a folded paper canopy on top.

Fortunately I got one in a large lot of odd cones from fleebay.

Only thing in the clone I made was I don't know the weight of the clay to add.

I hope you enjoy your kit!

I've built a few of them over the years. Here's a couple of them: (1) finished like the package facecard, and (1) in a navy blue variant.

Not sure if this is the one you saw, or even whether it's a good price. But the pictures jeffyjeep
posted *almost* made me pull the trigger on this one
