WOW!! Estes A10-0T Motors Gotta See This!!
Now this guy should be selling cars or real estate....................what a promoter! After you read the description, including the link between these motors and the unfolding of all future knowledge of the universe, go back and reread the paragraph at the top that explains how he will never misrepresent anything to his potential bidders. What a guy!!

I wonder which is going to be more interesting to him: the fact that his "investment" is going to go bust as soon as Estes re-releases the A10-0T motors, or the fact that you aren't allowed to sell motors on Ebay and sooner or later someone will drop a dime on him!

And his stash isn't the only one available as he claims. A little Googling still turns up inventory (not to mention hits on the soon-to-be reintroduced versions). It seems as if he took a few, scant facts, and filled in all the gaps with butt babble. Just made it up on the fly. About the only thing missing was the obligatory Jon Lovitz line in each paragraph: "Yeah, that's the ticket." Doug .

Any knowledgeable buyer will simply wait for the new ones, at a fraction of the asking price. He shoulda been selling these ~2 years ago if he wanted to make some money off them. And I'm not sure he coulda made much even then. Launchpad2000.com has been selling them for less than 8 bucks for several years. If they were really old, they might have some nostalgia value, but they're in that sorta in-between age: too new to be of antique value, and too old to compare favorably with brand new motors. Maybe that's why he embellished them so much in his listing - he's trying to make them appear collectible. Doug .

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think any Estes motor that went OOP in the 70's would have included igniter plugs. That was more like a 90's thing wasn't it?

Looking at the packaging, they appear to be 90's vintage. Doug .

Gee, I wonder how much my four or five paks of A10-0t Cobra motors are worth? Been waiting for the new release of motors to be certified so I can fly the darn things!
Doug - flying at Frisco Saturday? Chas

I saw Bill's email last night. I want to, but gotta see how things shape up with the kids Saturday. Haley has a 12:30 soccer game, 1st of the season, so I don't want to miss that. But if I can get a few prepped, I might slip up there for a while. Doug .
