I've been wondering about that one. A version of the Rocket Science Starter Set that is stocked alongside the Astrocam starter set at Target has this (and two motors, instead of three) rather than the black BT-5, paper protractor, string arrangement for altitude tracking that the RSSS had at first.

I hope it works better than the regular blue Altitrack, which is sticky and fussy and far from reliable, or at least the two examples I have are.
