Default Airfix 1/144 Saturn 1b

This is the out of production and very hard to find Airfix #6172 NASA 1:144 scale Saturn 1B Apollo 7 rocket plastic model kit. Celebrating the first manned Saturn IB flight that lifted Apollo 7 into Earth's orbit, this limited release kit includes over 80 detailed parts to build a classic NASA workhorse rocket. The completed model is 16 inches (41cm) tall and is Skill Level 2. It was last produced in 2011. New in a manufacturer sealed box.

This would be a great model for display or a PMC (Plastic Model Conversation).
I'm asking $80.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Shipping only in the U.S.

That one may actually make a decent flying PMC.
IF and ONLY IF one uses ENOUGH POWER.
Use a Quest 18mm WL D motor for first flight.
After that, maybe a Quest composite C.
NO WAY would I try it on any Estes 18mm BP anything including the "new" C5-3.
If it was mine, I might try an "old/original" C5-3 from my existing stock.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

No to the B14.
Not made in a short enough delay.
It would need to be like a B14-2.
There are some launches even the Mighty B14 can't handle.
