Default Scale up or down spreadsheet?

I am wondering if anyone has a nice spreadsheet of nose cone data that identifies if a particular nose cone is a direct scale up or down of another nose cone. I have a box of cones from various crash victims and I was wondering if any would allow me to scale up a design or down a design... Figured I could do the work behind the spreadsheet but thought I would ask first to save me some time.

What someone is probably gonna tell me is that there is a very simple way to tell and the spreadsheet is redundent at that point, and I ain't smart enough to see the shortcut
