For composites, grind up common fireworks sparkler material and mix with the Duco cement for a much hotter pyrogen dip. Has always worked for me.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, AGITATION, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, AGGRAVATION, INSTIGATION, NUISANCE-ACTION, and HAVOC !

I can definitely mix a bit of Duco + 4FG without spending another dime or very much time. Will try.

My procedure for BP cluster is to dip them in my pyrogen mix, check each ignitor with a multimeter for an ohm reading and use those that are the same or very close. Install the ignitor using the Estes plugs.

I use a clip whip/harness to hook up all the ignitors to the power leads. You can make your own, I purchased mine from Rocketarium.

Our club has a 12-volt relay launch controller, so plenty power. Pay attention to all the ignitor leads and all those clips. Keeping them apart so they don't short gets to be a problem. Also, a lot of heat and flame comes out the back, basically melting the harness wires.

Cluters are fun! Good luck!
