That would be great I’d like to see pics of those two kits as well. I don’t remember the early version with the corrugated wraps glued on.

OK, my mistake (it's been 15 + years since Ive looked at these).
The scaffolding is not laser cut - they are assembled from plastruct tubing
(3/32'' and 1/16''). Not sure what kit I was thinking of that had the lasercut
pieces. Anyway, photos below of the 1st run vs the 2nd run of kits. The first came out ~August of '98 and the second ~December of 2000. The main difference between the 2 kits is (other than the attached corrugated sheets) is # 1 has cast resin fairings and #2 has vacuformed.

This thread answers a question I've long had - I have one of those LJ II kits, but didn't remember anything about it. It's in a Centuri KS-8 LJ II box - I was a little shocked when I opened the box and saw that it wasn't the Centuri kit.

It's apparently the first run kit - corrugated wrap on the main BT and case resin detail parts. I don't really have any use for it - anyone out there car to make me an offer?

If not, at least this thread gives me enough information that I can put it on ebay...

The Kosrox Apollo Capsule is the kit I was thinking of with lasercut scaffolding. Actually a combination dowel and lasercut. It's been a while since I've taken this out of the shoe box as well - should probably finish it now that it's out.

I was Glad you posted this. I recently got one plus the Saturn 1B ( thanks CHAS), and was tempted to build. But I did the Redstone instead. There’s a Kosrox Little Joe II And Saturn 1B posted for sale now on eBay,,, what a coincidence. Chas, I guess soon we’ll see if we were on par with this !! These are quality kits. It’s good to see what the build looks like,,, thanks for posting it ! Since it’s started, I’d definitely finish it,,, uh... need some help ?! 👀
