Estes PNC-60AH Nose Cone
I have been doing design work on the Estes PNC-60AH Nose Cone that is used in Der Red Max kit as well as several others that'll fit BT-60 tubing. I also have upscales to BT-80, 3.0 inch LOC/Precision, 4.0 inch LOC/Precision, and 5.38 inch LOC/Precision tubing.
I most likely will be publishing it to Thingiverse sometime this weekend. So far I have found these Estes kits that use this specific nose cone. Please let me know if there are any corrections that need to be made to this list. Kit# KC-2, Der Red Max Kit# KC-3, Citation Patriot Kit# K-52P, Omega Kit# 0651, Der Red Max Kit# 0652, Patriot Kit# 1200, Omega Kit# 1252, Omega Kit# 1271, Renegade Kit# 1295, Mean Machine Kit# 1300, Blue Ninja E2X Kit# 1331, Maxi Icarus Kit# 1339, Patrol Cruiser Excalibur Kit# 1778, Long John Silver Kit# 1977, Der Big Red Max Kit# 1983, Arrow Kit# 2031, Army Hawk Kit# 2185, Screamin' Mimi |

I did detailed geometry measurements on the Estes 60AH because I was modifying it for a special purpose, and I wanted the new parts to fit well. If you want to see my data I can email it to you. It is in an EXCEL file. Pop me a PM with your info.....

You don't have to do much research on which kits use various nose cones. Other than a very recent kit or two, the research has been compiled by John Brohm. https://www.rocketshoppe.com/info/E...erence_10.1.pdf On a side note, the early Citation kits used an injection molded version, while later kits used the blow molded version we see today. .
