That's about DOUBLE what they are worth.

I don't know.....$15 each is about the going rate for those. Not a deal or anything. Pretty much 100% of market value.

Gee, prices seem to be coming down - these Skill Level Hang Tag Nighthawks went for $62 and $89:

Wow !
Those are major bargains for a really rare kit in skill-level packaging. I paid at least 125 about 4-5 years ago and thought I got a steal. The earlier Nighthawk packaging is far more plentiful.

The market is crazy now. I used to know it well, now I don’t understand it. Lots changing these days, especially us old timers either having the kits or a dying breed……

I believe the only year the Nighthawk existed in the green Skill-Level 4 packaging was 1973.
1972 and earlier was old packaging. In the 1974 catalog it was gone. Same with the K-21 Gemini Titan; have been trying to get a Skill Level packaged Gemini Titan for many years; those ALWAYS go for way too much $$. It existed for many years in the early packaging. I have an opened kit in the earlier packaging that I got like 5 years ago cheap...under $50. That one is going to get built. Until these have popped up this year, I had never seen another Nighthawk in the Skill Level packaging. I got mine from the big "Sandman" sell-off earlier.

Contrary to what some believe,,, Skill Level kits intermixed with other types. Like in ( interface or lap overs etc) The first produced were in 1973, and were used all thru the 70s and early 80s ! This is fact , plus was confirmed by my friend Vern…… I have 80s kits with 1300 numbers that are Skill Level kits. Yes, some kits had them for only one year, like the Gemini Titan, Nighthawk , Cobra, Falcon, Sprite, Delta, Star Blazer, Midget, Beta,,, most of which were skill kits for one year, 1973.
