Grilling season is here!
Grilling Season for here in New England, and I'm ready.
I grill all year long and it's best in the winter where there is a snowstorm. It makes my evening. But it can't be beat. It brings out th neighbors and they ask " What- cha- grilling"? Take a real breath and you tell me? Grilling goodness.

Had thunderstorms in the area today, but will be grilling tomorrow.
Curry-glazed Swordfish steaks and Kickin'-Chicken seasoning rubbed Pheasant breasts. Possibly Teriyaki glazed Shrimp skewers. Roasted ears of dill-butter coated Corn, wrapped in Aluminum foil. All over Charcoal, PROPERLY ignited with a PETROLEUM based organic solvent starting fluid, finish smoked with Hickory chunks. Potato Salad with plenty of Dill, celery, sweet relish, dill relish, and deli mustard, dusted with smoked paprika, and NO stinkin' eggs. It's gonna be GOOD ! We do the same menu each year for the first grilling feast. Lindeman's Framboise (raspberry) Lambic for beverage, ice cold.

When in doubt, WHACK the GAS and DITCH the brake !!! Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't ! Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY. ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, and HAVOC ! |

I’d rather grill in the snow, than in the rain.
We grill year-round.
