I may have the XES-K34, as I bought 3 when they were first released in 2008, built one, and have 2 in the bag. I don't have this stuff at my apartment, but next time I'm at the stash, I'll look. IIRC, it was just a double-sided header sheet with some notes.

Barone, thanks so much for the Nighthawk, just checking, is there another page with the date? I did have the other PDFs, for the Trident there should be an earlier Xkit version, for the Shuttle-1, a later Xkit version.

Many x-kits had a color face card including a date, and everything else kit instructions had, except the instruction steps. Some also had construction notes for when the parts deviated from the downloaded plans. Sheryl has confirmed at least one x-kit had a plain text face card as well a full color release.

That's consistent with when I bought the kits. I recall bugging Carl as to when it would be released, and ordered them as soon as they went up on the website.
