If you mean craftsman style builder kits with balsa nose cones and fins the answer is no.

If you mean a return of the 1/45 scale #7227 LJII or a 1/100 scale kit using the current Apollo capsule nose cone - yeah, I’d say both of those are possible...

That would make far too much sense for a manufacturer other than the OLD Semroc to consider.
