You'd never know that it was packed in a brand new box!

I have to apologize for an unforeseen delay.

I go a new puppy today, a 5 month old Jack Russel Terrier.

As soon as I stepped out of the car with my new puppy in my arms, he wiggled and launched himself in the air running down the road at full speed.

Four hours latter we did recover him and called his old owner to come and get him. It just wasn't meant to be.

So most of today was a total waste.

Orders will be delayed a day.

Wow... Jack Russell. That's one breed of dog I would *never* own. They are just way too high energy for me! Kind of like a runaway nuclear reactor in a small dog's body. My Australian Shepherd was bad enough when she was a pup. But now that she's 16, she's slowed down a bit. She used to "herd" us around the house and outside when playing. Still has the energy to try it on occasion but I don't know how much longer she'll be around.

Good luck on finding a new pup! Dogs are great to have around if you have the time for them.

We did recover the dog and returned it. but I have a line on another "Rescue" Jack.
This one was pretty much bonded to it's current owner and it really didn't like my lab one bit!

I love Jack Russel terriers.

I think it's the challenge. And having to prove to it every day I AM YOUR PACK LEADER!

Plus the fact that nobody...no strange animal is going to come into my yard!

I'll get back on the kits this afternoon. I'm just bagging them up.

I love my JR, Fred. He can be a real pain sometimes because he just won't quit when it comes to playing catch with "anything". He'll go and go until his feet bleed. He has so much character. He makes me smile everyday.

That being said, you can't get any better than a Queensland Heeler. They're loyal as the day is long, easily trained, protective and fun.

Mine arrived! OH, all kind and manner of widgets and little gizmos , parts and things. Way cool kit. I think my Patrol Cruiser Excalibur is flurting with Guinevere. It is a match made in heaven!

My Avenger Guinevere arrived yesterday. Box was very battered, but the kit looks in fine shape.

I will probably build it along with the patrol ship I've had stowed away for a couple of decades. They deserve a "catalog perfect" finish. I wish I'd been able to do a better job on the Dragon Ship. It's not bad, but not like what I could have done today.
