New Design: Skylark Explorer
Using the same basic core design as the Skylark Interceptor with slightly different outer fin design I am calling it the Skylark Explorer.
I am slowly building and updating my laptop Rocksim files and I realize how much I have missed in the last year . Carl sure has added alot of BT's Cones etc... at Semroc which is great but need to get them into my parts files to expand the possibilities . Thanks and Enjoy, JP. James Pierson NAR# 77907 |

Looks cool.
Not quite sure how you used the multiple cones. Can you explain? Thanks |

Les, I use my favorite hollow balsa nose cone at Semroc calledthe BTC-70HZ. with just a touch of interior sanding at BT-55 will fit inside. This design used two of the BTC-70HZ one forward and one reversed connected with a piece of BT-70 . Hope this helps, JP. Jmaes Pierson NAR# 77907 |

I was more confused by the BNC-55BE Part A & Part B. Are these really 2 different cones, or just a way to represent the 2 angles that make up the BNC-55BE cone?

The later is correct Les as the BNC-55BE has a slightly different angle on the tip od the cone and to sim this in Rocksim I needed to sim it is two parts which is Part A and Part B. Hope this helps. James Pierson NAR# 77907 |
