Default Nike Ajax scale color question.

Good evening gentlemen.

I have a NewWay/OldWay Nike Ajax that's now in white primer. My question is: where does the green of the booster end and where does the white of the sustainer begin?

For scale, does the top ring of the booster get painted green or does is get painted white? "The Vixen" has painted the (3) interstage supports separately and I'll attach them after the black band decal has been applied to the white top coat.

Thanks!

Operational pictures show the olive drab ends with the ring on the top of the booster and the framework.

So basically the entire booster including the bracing, is olive drab and all of the sustainer is white.

Google!

+1 to what sandman just said above.
Entire booster Olive Drab. Entire sustainer flat white.

I have pictures of deployed Ajax in almost every color combination:
All white.
All OD green
All white Ajax with all green Nike
All white Ajax with green interstage, white Nike body, and green fins and fin can
All white Ajax with white interstage, white Nike body and green fins and fin can
White Ajax with green fins and all green Nike
White Ajax with 3 white main fins, one black main fin 4 white forward fins, and all green Nike
White Ajax with all fins green, all green Nike
White Ajax, white interstage, green Nike body, green Nike fins, and white Nike fin can
White Ajax, green interstage, green Nike body, green Nike fins, and white Nike fin can

There also doesn't seem to be any preferred orientation of the 'US Army' on the Ajax

In other words, if there's any combination you like, go for it; it probably happened. It appears that these decisions were made in the field, with whatever color parts were on hand.
