U.S. Space Force models?
So, it's been about 3 years since the formation of the U.S. Space Force, yes? I am just wondering if there are any models, either of actual USSF ships or something futuristic with USSF markings? I realize they may just be getting started, but Wiki indicates the USSF is operating 77 spacecrafts at this point.
I ask particularly because I saw a model on the ebay recently with USSF markings/decals, but it turned out to be a 40 year old Estes Vindicator, a sort of futuristic interceptor-like fantasy model. |

Not aware of any scale USSF models.

I found this on a lap top someone turned in at a pawn shop.
Not sure how real it is.

I will be interesting to see if the USAF's X-37B "secret" orbital spacecraft, now under the aegis of USSF, has the markings changed to USSF before it is launched again. It stays up for so long (years) that the last time it launched, USSF did not exist.

ULA switched all Air Force missions to have the Space Force logo. For example:
Delta IV Heavy: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm (Reference NROL-82 and NROL-91 missions, on the interstage) Atlas V 551: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm (Reference STP-3) Atlas V 541: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm (USSF-12 - even the NAMES of the missions often have "USSF" in them now) Atlas V 531: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm (NROL-101) Atlas V 511: (The only one, ever. The mission was called USSF-8) http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm And finally, Atlas V 421s: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2...ption/Frame.htm SBIRS GEO-5 and GEO-6 |
