Default Semroc Jupiter B

I have a Semroc Jupiter B built and shot in white primer. The question is: what color(s) was the Jupiter II prop on the (cheesy, but I had a thing for June Lockhart) show Lost in Space?

When that show aired we still had only a B/W TV.

Thanks!

Silvery grey. Can't remember off the top of my head how shiny it was supposed to be. Robot's color was similar.

jeffyjeep,

I sure think it was silver or gray.

Re: June Lockhart, I understand. Now, if you would have said you had a thing for her dating back to Lassie, I’d feel relieved that I’m probably not the oldest geezer hanging out on YORF.

I think it was the cone bra that did it for me.

Here's a color shot of the prop.

I was a pre-adolescent, so for me I had a crush on Angela Cartwright.

The color would be what I would call "mid-bright Aluminum", not polished, but not dull either.

Thanks for the set photo! There's definitely some differences.
