Fred Meyer, a NW retail chain of the Kroger family, still sells (motor, wadding, extra ignitor) packs for $6.99. I didn't notice the prices of their RTF kits.

The nearest Wal-Mart is a downscale version. The toy department runs heavily to little kid toys. When I find myself near other Wal-Marts I check to see if they have anything.

I took some time to look in the toy sections of a store close to home and another close to where the club meets. No rockets in either one. With gas prices where they are, I am in no mood to drive around checking other stores.

You are Lucky.
That $ 6.99 a pack price is long gone here in south Florida. I miss the Walmart flight packs
@ $ 5.99 this was a reasonable price for 3 flights. the best price that I can find locally is at
Toy R Us. they have the flight packs for $ 9.00 some thing. So to save money I turned to the
internet, one of the clubs I belong to makes a bulk buy from AC Supply. and this is how I acquired the last motors that I bought.

I just checked the Fred Meyer in Renton a couple of days ago - I was curious if they had that interesting little Sizzler RTF (they didn't) but they still have motor packs at $6.99. Gee....I wonder if WM will price match?

Not that I need any more B6-4s or such right now.....
