Default Estes #701 Catalogue Variance

Has anyone here ever noticed a size difference in the Estes 1970 (#701)
catalogue? Spotted this auction on ebay ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-2-V...AAOSw0kxfIZR s )
and though it's not a huge difference, I had just assumed they were a standard size. I know from year-to-year there were slight changes, but not for the same year, same printing. My 1970, #701 is ~7.25''x5'' and the 2 others I've had were the same. Just curious if anyone's had the slightly larger one. To my eyes, the one on the left in the picture below is just wrong and should be burned.

Don't burn it, donate it to me!
I imagine it was due to the printer's paper source, possibly even two different runs by different printing companies. There sure were a bunch of us writing in for catalogs back then. I think Mr. Estes even mentioned how big their mailing list was, either in one of his interviews, or in some of the literature I've read. It might have been in one of his employee newsletters.

I wasn't really serious - just channeling GH...

It may be quite collectable.

I never owned the 70 catalog myself but that’s really odd about the different sizing. My first catalog was the 1971 catalog with the Interceptor on the cover.

Like you said it could be collectable.

I just looked. The 1970 catalog I have is the size as the 1969 and 1971 I also have. So yeah, the odd one, I suppose, could be a collectible—for an obsessed collector.

A collector with an obsession??

Impossible.

That doesn't mean you can't still donate it to me!

Does it have a pre-Damon hang tag?
