There is a petition to save the launch site on ipetitions.com. Can also call Lakewood City Manager, Kathy Hodgson at 303 987 7050. Kathod@lakewood. Org

Do I have to "join" to sign the petition?

Might you have a direct link to the petition?

How many rocket people use the site? Can you get direct support from recently retired Estes folk?

I think there is a direct link on the CRASH Facebook page. Don't have to join to sign .

It is the NAR club site across the road from where NAR #1 launch was held. Many Scouts and others use the site. Will need a lot of support to overcome the general negative views of model rocketry held by some park users and administrators . Too noisy, dangerous and directly banned by fire code.
