Yeah, I got my pass many months ago and now I can’t recall where I downloaded it to! I thought it was on the iPad, but I checked there last week and no dice. Must be on the main desktop machine somewhere....

Hey, our names will be roving around on Mars!

Launch currently scheduled for no earlier than July 30, delayed from the original July 20 date.

And...I finally found my pass. It was on my iPad after all; got it June 4, 2019.

In orbit and now waiting for the second burn put shoot out of Earth orbit and on towards Mars!

Good job launch team and here is hoping that, come next February, we will see a successful landing on Mars. Looong way to go....

Looks like Perseverance separated from the old reliable Centaur and is well on its way to a big fat Mars intersecting solar orbit.

It's interesting that ULA calls the 1st stage the "booster" and the 2nd Centaur stage it's main stage.
Typical. Atlas lifts the world on his shoulder and the Centaur gets all the women.

Sounds like a couple of the issues that developed shortly after the injection burn out of Earth orbit have been addressed and basically taken care of. There was a cooling issue (actually, got colder than expected in Earth orbit) which put it into ‘safe mode’, which has apparently been taken care of. The communications issue has also apparently been rectified as well.

NASA blog article here updating both issues: https://blogs.nasa.gov/mars2020/202...and-on-its-way/
