Super Goblin completed
Over the past couple weeks there were enough warm and wind-free times to get my Super Goblin painted.
This is my first Goblin. I decided to do something different, so main tube is BT60, transitioning to BT55 and a NOS balsa Goblin nose cone (BNC-55AO). Power from dual, canted 18mm engines. Decals are Cricut vinyl.

That's pretty neat, Lee! Did you cut the markings yourself, or are they from the market?

Nice take on a classic kit. Gonna have to let us know how it flies on those canted motors.

Sounds very UNDERPOWERED seeing as the original short BT-55 version had 24mm power.
At least a 3x18mm should have been a minimum. A single 29mm would have been better.

John, I converted a PDF of the Goblin decals (the page with decals and fin pattern on it) to a JPG, then pulled into Cricut Design Space. The bats on payload, and the skinny band, are BT-55 size. I enlarged all the decals on main tube to fit BT-60. The Cricut uses the same type vinyl as Stickershock uses, with transfer tape to apply.

Three canted motors don’t fit with four fins! This thing is moderately larger than a regular Goblin, so 29mm would be absurdly overpowered. Its actually similar in size to a Dueces Wild, which uses the same dual, canted 18mm mounts. So, wanna reconsider your ideas on power?
