Default Gutsy Airplane Flight

I'm not a pilot but this looks like a decently gutsy flight to make.

I think the tolerances are maybe a bit wider than they seem from the perspective of the airplane mounted camera, but still. It would not take much of an over-control reaction and you're gonna turn that airplane into confetti inside that tunnel.

I concur-at that speed, a minor error would have caused him to cross one or another of those generous-looking spaces in a split-second, with tragic results. Flying a faster jet airplane--even a tiny Bede BD-5J--through those tunnels would be even more dangerous, because the "reaction-to-error" time would be even shorter.

That's insanely foolish.
I like it.

Yeah, that wasn't very obvious, was it?! Their marketing folks need to work on being a bit more noticeable when they sponsor something like that.

Red Bull seems to do a decent job getting their sponsorship out there.
Anything "Extreme" they usually have a hand in it.

I couldn't watch on cnn becuase I've got ad blockers, this one worked fine, it looks like he has about a lane on each side of the wing tip, about 12' give or take....
