My list shows that I have Aerobee-Hi #70, but I was unable to locate it. I also have #10 and #46, plus one that SEMROC generously handed out at NARAM 47 and one from NARCON 2008. SEMROC has always been very supportive of the hobby.
As much as I have enjoyed this game of hide and seek, it is bittersweet due to the sudden loss of Carl. I spoke briefly with him at NARAM 55 and had forgotten that they were leaving that day, so I missed the opportunity to once again give him and Sheryl the deserved thanks for all they have done and continue to do.

BTW, Space Ranger, congradulations on finding Centaur #24. I was a thorn in Carl's side about releasing their version of the Centuri kit that I always had wanted since 1967. They sent me #6, as they keep the first five kits. I won't build that one, but regularly fly a purchased kit and have another available kit for a future build.

Chas (wondering if he counted #10 a second time as #70)

Wow, that rascal Launch #24 shows up again on the missing kits report for today, so had to go find it again, pic is attached.

I agree Chas, it is kind of bittersweet, & there seems almost like a slight pall over the forum knowing Carl is not out there anymore to jump in to post one of his wise & friendly replies. Though I believe he is likely listening in & hoping that we will continue on paying forward. Like many, I think the Semroc versions of the Saturn 1b & the Mars Lander are Carl's masterpieces, but the Aerobee Hi has probably been the most enjoyable Semroc kit I have built. I thought I heard that it is a recreation of what was probably the first mass produced model rocket kit by Model Missles and while building it I had nostalgic thoughts about the early modelers who had built basically the same model when it first came out, and how they felt seeing it rip into the sky the first time. It is very easy to build and produce a very good looking model of a real scale rocket and I really like the color scheme on it too. Eventually I would like to mod one of the Semroc Aerobee 150's to have the same orange/silver/black/white colors as the Aerobee Hi.

Mini-Omega #9 found.
Per my notes, the first kits sent had a notice sent out that they had an error in the instructions that was corrected in later kits.

Talking SEMROC Tau Zero #30

Yes, I still have some of these hanging around in plastic storage boxes... specifically, numbers 18 through 21.

*And* #30. Cheers!
