Brian,

I built one of the nose cones this A.M.Also I glued the paper strip to the neck of the BT.
What did you use for the rest of the BT? Paint or paper? May I suggest adding a green colored strip for the remainder of the BT parts.

I keep a lot of water based paint for war game miniatures (the tubes with a flip top). I painted my BT Italian Sage then glued on the paper detail strip.

Yeah, I get mine at Hobby Lobby now. Michael's should have it too.

Wal-Mart used to carry all that stuff but cut their craft department to 1/4 of what it was.

Mine is Folk Art, but there is also Apple Barrel and Delta Ceramcoat.

First launch didn't go well. On an A8-3 it was slightly unstable.

They all came out blurry. Even on the decent ones, all you can see is the smoke billowing under the launch pad.

I'm gonna try to launch mine on Saturday, 7/7.
Do you thunk it needs nose weight?
